2026…What’s Next?

  2026…What’s Next? We are in 2026!!! It has officially been 9 months of traveling as of today…which means somehow we traveled through the majority of 2025. WHAT. So crazy. We have been reflecting a lot on our travels thus far, especially entering into the new year. It is quite surreal to think about where we started - just two little Americans landing on a regenerative animal farm in far south Chile, sleeping in a sheep shed and working long, physical days. Then to Argentina to work in gardens, experience new cultures, and learn new skills. All the way Peru, getting to broaden our perspectives through new courses such as Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vipassana. After 3 incredible months in Peru, we will be heading north to Ecuador, and it slowly feels like the South American portion of our trip is coming to an end. What a journey; and yet, it feels like just the beginning!                                   ...

It's the Holiday Season

It's the Holiday Season  WOW! It’s December…how in the heck did that happen?! Connor and I were just reunited this week after our respective trainings and retreats. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training here in the Sacred Valley, Peru for 3 weeks, and Connor went to Argentina to complete a Vipassana meditation retreat for 10 days. Our first time separating in a long time, but a beautiful experience to each get time to progress our spiritual development and pursue our passions. It has been an eventful last couple months, but we are so so grateful for these opportunities and experiences.  My yoga training was jam packed with unique experiences! I wanted to understand more of the philosophy and theory behind yoga, more of it's roots and spiritual practice... And I definitely got that!
